I am not sure how the above fits in with the last part of the sentence starting with "om niet..."
Na gereedkomen van alle werkzaamheden moet de betreffende wegstrook met alle bijbehoren om niet e.e.a. te mijner beoordeling aan de Staat in eigendom worden overgedragen.
