“Adjusted Gross Revenue” means the total Promotional Revenue attributable to Promoted Content displayed on the Publisher Sites(s) during the Term, less twenty per cent (20%) to account for fees, costs and charges associated with the Outbrain Service including promotional marketing and incentives, currency conversion fees, free/test Promoted Content, agency discounts, outsourced third party referral fees or payments due affiliate partners, standard serving and operational support costs, any applicable taxes (other than xxxx income taxes), and credits, returns and chargebacks.
