Hi all,
I am working on a financial translation from English to Spanish and was wondering if anyone knew the correct translation for "pass-rated loan." I understand the meaning in English, however I'm not sure what it would correspond to in Spanish. Pass-rated loans are those that are not adversely classified. I saw "préstamos de bajo riesgo de morosidad" in one answer, can anyone confirm or provide a different translation if this is not correct?

Me parece que es innecesario aclarar "de incumplimiento/de morosidad", ya que se sobreentiende.
Lo mismo sucede con "subprime": hipoteca de alto riesgo (de impago/de incumplimiento/de morosidad/de incobrabilidad)
