On the Effective Date, or as such time thereafter as the Parties may agree, Purchaser shall provide to Supplier a rolling non-binding 12-month forecast of its requirements for Products (the “Forecast”), which shall be updated monthly on the first business day of each calendar month. All Forcecasts are estimates only and Purchaser shall have no obligation whatsoever to purchase any minimum or specified volumes of Product.
