Although 'crumbed fish' would have been easy, if it really is 'crumbled', then I can only presume it means those kinds of product (fish cakes / fingers etc.) that are made from 'reconstituted' fish, i.e. odd bits that have been flaked (= crumbled)...

Are you sure that isn't a typo? --- normally, the word would be 'crumbed' (short for breadrcumbed) --- sounds like a spell-checker-induced error (crumbled' is very a likely suggestion to replace the probably-unlisted word 'crumbed')
