Causes of Action. O. shall have the exclusive right to initiate and/or collect on causes of action on Company’s behalf with respect to all rights granted hereunder, whether accrued or accruing. O’s legal fees associated with such causes of action shall be deducted from gross receipts prior to the calculation of fees under paragraph 5(a) below.
