"pictures"には画像も含まれるので、「生々しい画像・映像」とすべきでしょうか。

ちなみに、映画の観客指定等で、「includes pornography, offensive language, graphic pictures」に相当する定型句は「性・暴力・残酷・麻薬描写が表現されている(を含む) 」です。

その他、純日本語サイトでは「（あまりにも）過激な・残酷な描写」という表現が、当分脈における「graphic puctures」に相当するもとのして使われています。

pornographyの定義は下記のようでさまざまなポルノが含まれるのはたしかですが、強弁を承知で敢えて言えば、ネット時代の突出した露出度が目に余るわいせつな｢ポルノ写真｣を、別立ての禁止対象として敢えて取り上げているとも思えます。また、この文脈では、pornographyをむしろ｢わいせつなまたは暴力的な表現｣などとすべきかもしれません。筆者に尋ねるのが最も確かでしょうが…。
