apel formulat/introdus
După părerea mea, "apel formulat" şi "apel introdus" sunt interschimbabile, dar, dacă aş avea un text de tradus, aş prefera prima formă, pentru că trimite la "acţiune formulată", expresia foarte uzitată în textele juridice. Pe Google, cele două expresii apar aproape la fel de frecvent, cu un mic avantaj pentru prima: 132.000 - 110.000.
