French to English Bus/Financial Law: Contract(s)
This is from a distribution contract between a manufacturer and a distributor. I'm not sure how the EX-USINE part fits with the Incoterms d.e. part. Any suggestions as to a translation for this part of the sentence? Apologies if I'm missing something simple - it's been a long day already...

"-Réserve de Propriété
La propriété des Produits n’est transférée par la société au Distributeur qu’après parfait paiement des factures y relatives.
Le transfert de risques étant lui réalisé dès la livraison EX-USINE Incoterms dernière édition par la Société."

The ICC updates Incoterms all the time..This means according to definition of delivery ex-works provided in the most recent edition of Incoterms..

You can use EX-WORKS or Ex-Works

Delivery Ex Works (EXW) INCOTERMS last edition

This means that the seller shall deliver the goods to teh buyer from the factory of the seller or nearby

EX WORKS delivery as per Incoterms latest edition

Seems to me they're referring to the interpretation of the term 'EX WORKS', as defined in the Incoterms official terms defintion rules, in their most recent edition.

last Incoterms ex works delivery

Ex works delivery is when goods are taken delivery right from the plant where they are manufactured. This is a business terminology. Thanks.
