French term

passe-valve

French to English Tech/Engineering packaging stents
The context is that stents are being fitted onto mandrels for packaging and "Au bout du mandrin, fixer sans trop forcer le petit passe-valve blanc en sens inverse." If you could give me the whole sentence, I'd be grateful because I can't quite imagine what en sens inverse means.
Proposed translations (English)

by-pass valve

"At / To the end of the mandrel, anchor [or fasten] it without forcing the small, white by-pass valve backwards.

"en sens inverse" is simply backwards, or in the opposite direction.

Hope this helps.
