Ho consultato i glossari, ma "esigibile", "dovuto", "da corrispondersi" sono riferiti a importi, somme, ecc. Qui invece si parla di prestazioni. Forse può andare "dovute da XXX (produttore) nei confronti di ...", ma non sono convinta. Qualche suggerimento? Grazie!

sì, per fällig werden, aggiungo dopo essermi guardata bene gli esempi dello Strambaci Mariani, il concetto di scedere, entrare in scadenza e simili derivano proprio da quelli originario di \'rendersi necessario\'
