Per maggiore chiarezza, si intende che dalla data di consegna dell’ “unità immobiliare” – 01 luglio 2007 – alla data del 30 settembre 2007 l’ “immobile” sarà concesso senza corresponsione di canone, mentre saranno regolarmente *assunti in gestione* gli oneri accessori.
Grazie in anticipo
