I'm translating a list of different types of finance, one of the terms being "credito semplice".
I found this definition online:

Would seem from your description to be an actual loan rather than a credit line / overdraft authorisation. There is nothing in the Italian that suggests it is only for companies, even if it obviously is in the context. Of course if you want to add this in the English, then "simple business loan" would do the trick.
