"Boleta bancaria de garantía boleta bancaria de garantía a la vista" is an inseparable term--you can't excerpt "a la vista" from the rest of it, and give it an adverb function.

Please follow the steps, below, so you can see where the translation is coming from. I used Google searches in combination with reference to several reference works to get this info for you. Hope it helps!

1. Here is a definition of "boleta de garantía"--note that it is equivalent to "depósito de garantía" (deposit):

La boleta de garantía es, en forma genérica, un depósito de dinero que constituye en el Banco Santander Chile, el depositante o tomador, a favor de un beneficiario, en garantía del buen cumplimiento de una obligación asumida por el depositante ante ese beneficiario. Cuando el deposito se constituye en forma efectiva por el tomador, se le llama propiamente "depósito en garantía" y cuando el tomador obtiene un crédito con nosotros, que se documenta mediante un pagaré, se le denomina "Boleta de Garantía" sin que esta distinción produzca efectos prácticos para el beneficiario. www.bsantander.cl/granemp/comex/comex9.htm
