Software License Contract

In other words, the contract is the document that grants the license for use of the software..

Not surprisingly, the Spanish overstates the matter somewhat. In English, the phrase "Software License Contract" is the standard and accepted term.

Is this a "distributor's software license"?

Its strange for a software license to have frills, unless this is one of those software versions bought by a company selling computers for installation on its hardware, to be distributed to its clients. Similar special versions with prepaid author's royalties are available for computer schools, who distribute software to students as part of the package.
