Es heisst wie folgt (die Begriffe sind nacheinander aufgeführt):
Capital suscrito (Stammkapital) 40.000 euro
**Capital desembolsado** 40.000 euro
Meine bisherigen Vorschläge: eingezahltes Kapital oder geleistetes Kapital
Ich verstehe den Unterschied zwischen beiden Begriffen nicht weil die Beträge auch gleich sind.
Vielleicht könnt ihr mir hierbei helfen, vielen Dank.
