The art of the possible
How will Brussels look in the next few decades? The answer is "Pretty outlandish!", if we are to believe the entertaining new multimedia presentation created by Belgian comic-book artists François Schuiten and Benoît Peeters.
The pair presented their vision of newspaper front-pages for the years 2011 to 2046, which depicted high gangways straddling an almost deserted city, a sandy beach and palm trees next to the European Parliament, and armchair vehicles cruising above rooftops. In their scenario the lynx will become a popular pet in the future and people will keep genetically modified pigs for their spare organs. Whether amusing or disturbing, these predictions offered a glimpse of a world dominated by human idiosyncrasy, advanced technology and unfettered climate change.
Their presentation – a highlight of Green Week 2007 – was held on the evening of 12 June at Wolubilis, in the city’s suburbs. The presentation was inspired by the French science-fiction writer Jules Verne, who in 1863 envisioned the city of Paris one hundred years in the future – a city in which petrol-powered cars, high-speed trains and a telegraphic network resembling the Internet would be common place. Will the vision of Schuiten and Peeters prove just as accurate in the decades to come?

Come sarà Bruxelles nei decenni a venire? La risposta è “Piuttosto strana!” se vogliamo prestare fede alla nuova e divertente presentazione multimediale creata dai fumettisti belgi François Schuiten e Benoît Peeters.
I due hanno presentato una loro idea delle prime pagine dei giornali tra il 2011 e il 2046, con sovrapassaggi che attraversano una città semideserta, una spiaggia sabbiosa e palme a fianco del Parlamento europeo e navicelle a forma di poltrona che volteggiano sui tetti. Nel loro immaginario la lince diventerà un animale domestico comune e la gente alleverà maiali geneticamente modificati per avere organi di ricambio. Queste previsioni, sia che le consideriamo divertenti o inquietanti, hanno fatto scorgere un mondo dominato dall’idiosincrasia umana, la tecnologia avanzata e il cambiamento climatico senza freni.
La loro presentazione, uno dei momenti migliori della Settimana verde 2007, si è tenuta la sera del 12 giugno a Wolubilis, nella periferia della città. La presentazione è stata ispirata dallo scrittore di fantascienza francese Jules Verne che nel 1863 immaginò come sarebbe stata Parigi cento anni dopo, ossia una città in cui macchine alimentate a petrolio, treni ad alta velocità e una rete telegrafica simile a Internet sarebbero stati la norma. Le idee di Schuiten e Peeters si dimostreranno così azzeccate nei prossimi decenni?

Krótki opis zamówienia lub zakupu(ów):
Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa 12 używanych lokomotyw elektrycznych jednego typu zakwalifikowanych do naprawy okresowej (tj. pierwszej głównej), które po zainstalowaniu interfejsu oraz wykonaniu naprawy okresowej przez zmawiającego będą używane do prowadzenia regionalnego
pasażerskiego ruchu kolejowego w zestawach typu „push – pull”.
1. Konstrukcja, parametry techniczne i eksploatacyjne każdej lokomotywy muszą spełniać wymagania odpowiednich norm PN, kart UIC.
2. Lokomotywa musi spełniać warunki techniczne i wymagania zapewniające bezpieczeństwo ruchu i ochronę środowiska zgodnie z ustawą z dnia 28.3.2003 r. o transporcie kolejowym (Dz.U. z 2007 r. Nr 16, poz. 94 z późn. zm.), a w szczególności:
a) odpowiadać warunkom technicznym eksploatacji pojazdów szynowych określonych w rozporządzeniu Ministra Infrastruktury z dnia 12.10.2005 r. (Dz.U. Nr 212, poz. 1771) w sprawie ogólnych warunków techniczno
eksploatacyjnych pojazdów kolejowych;
b) posiadać świadectwo dopuszczenia do eksploatacji typu pojazdu szynowego wydane przez Urząd Transportu Kolejowego (UTK) zgodnie z rozporządzeniem Ministra Infrastruktury z dnia 30.4.2004 r. (Dz.U. Breve descrizione dell'appalto o degli acquisti:
Oggetto dell’appalto è la fornitura di 12 locomotive elettriche usate di una delle tipologie che si qualificano per la riparazione temporanea (ossia prima principale) le quali dopo l’installazione dell’interfaccia e la riparazione temporanea da parte dell’amministrazione aggiudicatrice saranno utilizzate per il trasporto ferroviario regionale di passeggeri in veicoli del tipo "push – pull".
1. La costruzione, i requisiti tecnici e il funzionamento di ogni locomotiva devono soddisfare i requisiti delle normative polacche (PN), Fiche UIC.
2. La locomotiva deve soddisfare le specifiche tecniche e i requisiti che garantiscono la sicurezza dei trasporti e la tutela dell’ambiente ai sensi della legge del 28.03.2003 sui trasporti ferroviari (DZ.U. del 2007 N 16, voce 94 con successive modifiche) e in particolare:
a) soddisfare le specifiche tecniche di funzionamento dei rotabili di cui al regolamento del Ministero delle infrastrutture del 12.10.2005 r. (Dz.U. N 212, voce 1771) in materia di specifiche tecniche e funzionali generali dei veicoli ferroviari;
b) essere in possesso del certificato di collaudo per rotabili rilasciato dall’Ufficio del trasporto ferroviario (Urząd Transportu Kolejowego - UTK) conformemente al regolamento del Ministero delle Infrastrutture del 30.04.2004 (Dz.U. Desfăşurarea activităţii
(1) Societatea, ca instituţie financiară nebancară va emite, cu respectarea reglementărilor Băncii Naţionale a Romaniei, norme interne pentru realizarea obiectul de activitate in conformitate cu regulile unei practici prudente si sanatoase.
(2) In cadrul normelor Interne de creditare, Societatea, ca instituţie financiară nebancară, va stabili reguli care să se refere cel puţin la bonitatea beneleficiarului, la criterile si conditiile acordării creditului.
