Algerian Education Ministry is getting prepared to include Turkish language in the curriculum of universities in the country

Algerian Ministry of Higher Education & Scientific Research stated that it was planning to add Turkish language in the curriculum of universities.

Minister Rachid Harraoubia said that Ottoman period had an important place in Algerian history and culture, adding that Turkey and Algeria agreed to add Turkish language in curriculum especially in history and civilization departments of the Algerian universities.

Turkish language is taught only in special courses in Algeria. More.
