I think that all the reasons you mntioned are part of why they are making a crackdown, but also because drugs are becoming more an more rife in discos here, with more than 50% of people in certain discos taking ecstacy, coke, methamphetamines etc. Of course disco music, rap, etc. is associated with the expansion of the drug problem so this is also a major reason why
