kando no kan plus seikaku (personality) no sei.
The phrase is kansei yutaka na performer. There is no explanation other than that the performers interact in a rap improvisation. The dictionaries give sensitive for kansei yutaka, but I donｴt think that works here.

Certainly sensitive does sound slightly jarring but it is difficult to convey 感性豊か in other words. Would "creative" work in this context? Perhaps this person could be called a "creative rap improviser"?

I change my mind. There is a word "inspirable" and it's sometimes used for artists. The original meaning is far from 感性豊か:
inspirable 〔形〕霊感を受けることができる；〈空気などが〉吸うのに適した，吸うことができる

「感性豊かな」の「感性」の部分を、他のラップパフォーマーのパフォーマンスに対する感受性になるべく限定して訳を作ろうとしたとき、"rich in sensitivity"だとあまりに漠然としすぎて文脈の中で他の「感性」みたいな用語が表れているとすぐに意味が不鮮明になるので、創造的刺激inspirationを導入しようとしましたが、"rich in inspiration"だと周りの環境が創造的刺激に満ちているという意味になってしまうので、探してみたところinspirableに出会いました。

As goldfish pointed out, 感性豊か is much frequently used. I think it's a kind of bad Japanese. So I choose an almost literal translation which wouldn't mislead readers. If the risk to mislead is acceptable, "rich in creativity" or something might be bett
