justificadas / representadas

Explanation:
Según el OXFORD SUPERLEX, account for:
1. provide record of, justify: dar cuentas de, dar explicaciones de (ex. $500 remains to be accounted for - aún no se han dado exlicaciones sobre el destino de $500 dólares)
2. explain: explicar (ex. that would account for his behavior - esos explicaría su comportamiento)
3. add up to: representar (ex. wages account for 70% of the total - los sueldos representan el 70% del total)

Espero que esto te ayude. A lo mejor con más contexto, se podría ver mejor cual es la definición o traducción correcta.

neutral  marybro: IMO, the text is referring to inventory area tickets/count sheets. Your suggestion would be correct if it were referring to the inventory count (conteo) to be recorded in the accounting records.

Explanation:
HTH.The English statement, context is not clear. My reading It is referring to the total count of the inventory sheets/tags. For example, if there were 500 of them, at the end of the inventory, they must be physically counted or reconciled to demonstrate there are no missing or "uncounted" assigned areas. It is not referring to the "conteo", or inventory count.
