Should this word be translated into Spanish ?. In that case, what is the most appropriate translation ?.

If it refers to t what I'm, thinkking it is not translated into Spanish. We use it just like that. Yopu might add an explanation if the text requires so (you didn't give any context) as "Diario Digital" or sth. similar. But it's very common in the original nowadays.
