Hi Barbarella,
En jerga militar, un "hardpoint" tiene la siguiente definición:
A hardpoint is a mount where parts (often weapons) are externally mounted to a vehicle. This term is most often used when referring to aircraft. For example, missiles, bombs, electronic countermeasures, gun pods, and drop tanks are mounted to fixed-wing aircraft wings via hardpoints.
The release method for a bomb stored on a hardpoint involves the detonation of a shotgun shell within the hardpoint that provides the necessary push for a clean release. Whereas most missiles are rail-launched from a hardpoint.
A typical fighter aircraft has a number of hardpoints including ones for bombs, launch racks for missiles, and plumbed pylons dedicated for fuel stores.

Por extensión, se puede entender que son puntos de anclaje, como en el contexto siguiente:
container ship cargo stowage adapter — Serves as the bottom-most SEASHED and precludes the necessity of strengthening of tank tops or the installation of ***hard points on decks***, thereby accelerating container ship readiness. See also container ship; SEASHED; stowage. (JP 4-01.6)

En el ámbito de un campamento, imagino que tanto las tiendas como la oficinas podrán ser de lona y que necesiten una serie de anclajes a la tierra.
Creo que se podría decir tanto "anclajes" como "puntos de anclaje".
Suerte y sonrisas,
Álvaro :O) :O)
