FPY wird in der Qualitätssicherung sicher verwendet. ( s. z.B. Wikipedia) Falls es sich hier nicht um Qualitätssicherung, sondern um Fehler bei bestimmten Kaufanforderungen handlet, würde ich obige Übersetzung vorschlagen.
