THIS MATTER is before the Court upon the Receiver's Motion for Approval of:
(i) Distribution Plan for Proceeds of Civil Penalty and Disgorgement Funds Recovered by SEC from XXXX Bank, USA, N.A.; (ii) extension of Deadline for Submission of Proofs of Claim; and (iii) Procedure for Determination of Objections to Claims by Receiver and Establishment of Reserves for Disputed Claims (dkt # 633).
The Court notes that no Responses were filed in opposition to this Motion, and the Receiver certifies that the SEC has no objection to the relief requested.
UPON CONSIDERATION of the Motion, the record, and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

En este contexto, y tratando de adaptar el "legalese" de los USA al español legal, creo que se refiere a lo que en Argentina se llamaría "notificar en los estrados del Juzgado". Se refiere a que todo lo procedido previo a la decisión sobre la moción ("the record") se ha hecho saber en el lugar...tratándose de una Resolución sobre el cese del funcionamiento de un Banco en USA y la actuación de la SEC.

Premises se puede referir también al lugar, por eso no estoy muy seguro, si es que fué aconsejado alguien en el lugar de detención o es que se le aconseja en algunos papeles...
