"Suivant la puissance demandée, l’air de combustion, lequel est admis par les orifices d’amenée d’air dans les parois du pot, fait monter les vapeurs enflammées jusqu’au premier ou le second ****anneau d’accrochage****."

Es geht um einen Verdampfungsbrenner (brûleur de vaporisation) und die Einstellung der verschiedenen Leistungsstufen. Eine Abbildung zeigt eine Art Topf, der in der Höhe zweigeteilt ist, wobei jede Ebene in der Mitte kreisförmig geöffnet ist. Das ist wohl der "anneau". Nur wie muss ich hier "accrochage" verstehen?
