Umformuliert, damit es besser in die Liste passt, ansonsten stimme ich der Kollegin zu!

Milchprodukte können bei der Weinherstellung zur Schönung des Weins eingesetzt werden (gegen TCA; 2,4,6-Trichloroanisol).
