Bonjour,
Formulation manifestement habituelle à la fin d'une ordonnance, concernant le calcul et paiement des frais et dépens -
J'ai pensé à "sur la base d'une indemnité" mais aussi à "à titre d'indemnité", mais je crains un contresens...
