Ca pourrait etre deux choses..... Soit c'est une catégorie professionnelle de leurs clients (mais ca me parait un peu bizarre) soit ce sont des clients (potentiels) qui se renseignent auprès d'eux... (consulter = person who seeks advice). Sans plus de contexte, c'est malheureusement impossible de savoir...
