Leebeek, bijzonder hoogleraar in de hematologie (die we dus wel serieus kunnen nemen), noemt dit gewoon 'dubbel virusgeïnactiveerd': "Immunate® is geregistreerd voor toediening bij patiënten met de ziekte van von Willebrand met een verlaagde spiegel van factor VIII. Immunate® is een dubbel virusgeïnactiveerd concentraat van factor VIII/VW-factor." (ref. 1) Niet mooi, maar wel duidelijk. De term verwijst m.i. naar de twee behandelingen die je in je volgende KudoZ-vragen aankaart.
