In un'indagine sul fallimento di una società, uno dei documenti è la relazione finanziaria di un'impresa che fornisce informazioni commerciali e finanziarie su altre aziende.
Il capitolo INCIDENCIAS (termine sempre difficile da tradurre in italiano, a mio parere), recita così:

DEUDAS CON ORGANISMOS OFICIALES: no se registra ninguna incidencia.

AFECTADOS POR: ningún elemento significativo.

***INCIDENCIAS JUDICIALES***: no se registra ninguna incidencia.

CRÉDITOS INCOBRABLES CON ORGANISMOS OFICIALES: no se registra ninguna incidencia.

Il capitolo finisce lì.

La RAE dice che in diritto "incidencia" è: Cuestión distinta del principal asunto del juicio, pero con él relacionada, que se ventila y decide por separado, suspendiendo a veces el curso de aquel, y denominándose entonces de previo y especial pronunciamiento.

Io credo che sia a questo tipo di "incidencia" che si riferisce, anche se il titolo del capitolo (INCIDENCIAS) o gli altri "incidencia" li tradurrei magari con CIRCOSTANZE SOPRAVVENUTE/EVENTI SOPRAGGIUNTI.

En la parte de las deudas, incidencias y de créditos incobrables judiciales, pondría " : non vi sono." así, después de los dos puntos.
Incidencias judiciales lo traduciría como " provvedimenti/ procedure giudiziarie"

Creo que la única incidencia que deberías traducir es la del título.
