In accordance with the 2007 Pay Agreement your terms and conditions of employment are subject to a 4 weekly deduction from your pay of a ''Fair Share Service Fee'' under the ''Fair Scheme''. The amount of the Fair Share Service Fee as at 1 April 2006 is 7,40 pounds per 4 weekly pay cycle and any changes to this agreement will be notified to you in due course.
