English to Slovak Tech/Engineering Mechanics / Mech Engineering Hood stretch system

I am translating a text which was translated from German so it is quite hard to figure out the meaning of some phrases. For example "cable trunket" e.g. "hooding conveyor contains .... incl. cable trunket". Isn´t there a misspelling of a word?
