In this particular case, this is a part of a court document. I know one translation, but would like to check other opinions.

Discussion

Vesna Maširević Jan 9, 2012:
Don't mind me.. I just asked out of my own curiosity :)
Josif Mircheski (asker) Jan 8, 2012:
Yes, a part, actually... Well, it is a PART of a document that I received for translation (one pdf file, can't see where one things ends and the other one starts). Otherwise, thank you very much for the entries and the discussion. It was really helpful. Thanks!

A part of a document? Or a document such as this one? http://www.nvd.uscourts.gov/Files/ao132 exemplification cert...

This form is required by some states when a document is certified by a federal court for filing with a state or local authority. Remember that the exemplification is for use with state courts. Pursuant to treaty, for certification of documents to be filed in a foreign country an apostille must be employed. Only a district court clerk can issue an apostille.
