Hallo liebe Kollegen!

Irgendwie versteh ich nachfolgenden Satz nicht richtig.
Es geht um einen Mietverwaltungsvertrag, in dem der Manager für den Owner die Miete einzieht und
ähnliche verwalterische Tätigkeiten für ihn ausführt.
Mich "stört" die Konstruktion: "an receipt of any outstanding fees"
Geht es einfach darum, dass der Manager vom Owner nach Beendigung des Vertrages noch die restlichen Gebühren,
die der Eigentümer dem Manager schuldet, erhält?
Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob ich es richtig verstehe, deshalb wäre ich für jede Hilfe dankbar! :-)
