Inventions and intellectual property

The Employer shall free of charge, become the beneficial owner of all rights relating to intellectual property, etc., created, developed or invented by the Employee.

The Employee shall unasked inform the Employer about such intellectual rights as set forth above, if not the Employer already is familiar with such rights developed by the Employee. A concrete inquiry from the Employee regarding such rights, shall the Employer as soon as may be consider if the Employer shall assert such rights.
