Proposed translations

5 hrs

beat severely, give a good hiding

Irshad Sb.,

The literal meaning will not serve the purpose. As you know. this phrase is used for beating severely, flogging or thrashing. So, IMO, the above two terms give the correct meanings.

Beat to death, To beat with a whip or rod

This phrase includes common uses, side effects, interactions, and risks of beating forcefully and repeatedly with some whip or rod.

flay

This is a precise English word for the source term.

flay : 1. strip the skin from; 2. whip or beat harshly (Concise Oxford English Dictionary)

On second thoughts, although 'flay' is precise, it is perhaps too technical. A more effective translation of the Urdu sentence would be, 'If his/her father finds out, he would tear the skin off you'.
Example sentence:

If his/her father finds out, he will flay you.
