Si tratta di una diagnosi. L'abbreviazione sek. compare nella seguente espressione: PEG-Sonde sek. 1.). Dovrebbe corrispondere a Sekunden ma non ne sono sicura. E poi quel numero 1.)? Qualcuno sa dirmi se sek. corrisponde proprio a Sekunden e a cosa si riferisce il numero? Potrebbe essere Sonda PEG a 1 secondo (inteso 1 goccia al secondo?). Se può essere di aiuto per capire, più avanti compare di nuovo il numero 1.) in questa frase: "Tracheostoma, letzter Kanülenwechsel am 23.11.2012 bei 1.)".
