This phrase occurs in a tax return under the heading Bagian B: Harta Pada Akhir Tahun which has a chart with 5 columns each with a subheading. First subheading is KODE HARTA. Second subheading is "NAMA HARTA" under which there is a list of several banks savings accounts, Next subheading is TAHUN PEROLEHAN. For each one under the subheading HARGA PEROLEHAN is listed an amount of money. In the final column there is a subheading KETERANGAN under which it says "tahun akhir"
The literal translation "Acquisition Price" does not make sense because the tax payer has had these savings accounts for several years. The term Harga Perolehan seems to indicate the amount in the savings account.

Explanation:
This column is meant for physical assets and not saving accounts.
If you are faithful to the source, it is "Acquisition Price", but since it is a savings account, it is more sensible to use "Initial Balance"
