Framing on rolling terrain where poles become unsupported should be avoided. If assembly on uniform terrain is not possible, the contractor shall temporarily support the structure components to prevent racking during assembly. All grid gain teeth must be fully embedded into the wood surface to meet the approval of the engineer. Grid gains must be seated by a combination of tightening assembly bolts and hammering on wood blocking.
