These two terms are apparently medical conditions for which a Yemeni woman can obtain a dissolution of her marriage if her husband develops them. We checked Hitti's Medical, and I spoke to a few doctors, none of whom heard of it. I am assuming they are colloquial Yemeni words for the condition.
