I see your point. In fact, I even tried to search for KARADA vs. KARARA (in Latin letters), and found both in Baghdad! The references to KARADA are by far more numerous than KARARA (36,000 vs. 191 in Google). KARADA seems to be a wealthy neighborhood, based on the following:
