As Tim said, we need a bit more context to help you properly here. However, it were a bus service you were talking about, you could perhaps say 'frequency of service' or 'service frequency'. However, without more context it is hard to know for sure.

Discussion
I would use the term "headway" or "time headway" (the frequency of service along a route, i.e. a bus arrives every specified number of minutes). "Frequency of service" will do, as well. Thanks again guys.
