To be displayed during business activities
This is an instruction. The law requires that certain businesses must display their business licence so that customers can examine it. The company must hang the licence on their wall in a visible place.

According to the link above, “亮照” literally means "display of licensing information or business licenses". Businesses operating in some certain markets are required to display their business licenses or licensing information on their website or somewhere else to show buyers that they are licensed, legal operations.
So the translation of the sentence could be "to be used by businesses on the market for display of business license/licensing information".

Sorry, I just realized that the sentence is on the business license. So the translation of the sentence should be different from my previous version. I would use a revised version which reads "Intended for demonstration of licensing information by business". I reckon we don't have to indicate "market" here as this is self evident.
