Hello, I wonder if anybody could help me translasting what is inside the green squares (1,2,3 & 4) in this image (link below) into English.

I'm translating the instruction manual of a Bonnell innerspring machine and in the section of electric control show the different panels and circuits and this ine is a about the control of the swift.
