CT scan
CT mozku a C páteře, nativně bez k.l., skeny po 1/4 mm
I'd simply like to know whether it's all right to say 'native(ly)' or whether it's better to use 'unenhanced' or some other term.
I take it that 'k.l.' is contrast medium. Don't 'nativně' and 'bez k.l.' mean the same thing?

Non contrast (CT scan)
The whole thing means non contrast (native means without contrast agent, and the bez k.l. just repeats it)
