Danish term
vendende lige distalt
Danish to English
Medical
A patient with a wrist fracture. The X-ray results say:
"uændr. stilling svarende til Collesfrakturen med radiusledfladen vendende lige distalt"
which I have as:
"corresponding to the Colles fracture with the radial articular surface... "
and I'm not sure about the phrase after 'radial articular surface.
Could anyone suggest how this would be said in English please?
Many thanks

'Distal' is away from the point of origin, which seems likely in with a fracture caused, e.g. by a fall ont the wrist.
