Dutch term
meded bepaald van te scherp geregelde INR (6.7)
Dutch to English
Medical
Medical (general)
Emergency Room report
This is the entire sentence:
De patiënte had een contusionele intracerebrale bloeding links occipitaal en contre-coups rechts temporaal, zeer waarschijnlijk mede bepaald van te scherp geregelde INR (6.7)
I assume 'van' in this sentence must be 'door', but if anyone can make sense of this, please let me know.
Many thanks,

I presume there has been a head injury, so the bleeding is not spontaneous, but made worse by the fact that the patient is on anticoagulant treatment.
I don't think you can go for a literal translation here.
