I've got quite some doubt about the typo!
Even 'fiberweefselpatroon' would be a very 'remarkable' term in both Dutch and Flemish.
To be on the safe side, and most likely deliver a translation that is superior the original text, I (just happen to be a qualified textile technologist)would recommend using 'fibrous'.

nou ja fred, als jij liever koorts hebt, moet je het zelf maar weten, maar het is een typo. tissue zou een minder goede vertaling kunnen zijn, maar de vertaling weet Kenneth zalf prima.
