I would retain "kopblad" and add a note explaining this concept:
"...This phenomenon is called a 'kopblad' which means that only the title is different. It is said that in a few years this 'twin' newspapers and magazines will disappear".

I don't think that "twin newspaper" covers this either, but perhaps you could add that with a note.
